Answer honestly. You don't need to impress me, clean up your story, or give me the answers you think I want. I need enough information to understand where you are, what you're looking for, and whether you're ready to do the work.

You'll receive instructions to schedule a 30-minute Zoom interview with me.
Your application is not complete until that interview is scheduled.
We'll talk about where you are, what you're looking for, and whether Counteroffensive Basic Training is the right next step for you.
